basic, but some issues
no seating no shed
The room was clean. I will give them that.
I found the lack of interaction with any staff a bit off since it was a self check-in process. I stood outside before check-in because there weren't any seats provided, not even a shed to wait under.

i also found the £25 holding deposit unnecessary, especially since my stay was only around 4 hours. this extra charge significantly increased the overall price.

surprisingly neat stay!
kitchen facilities convenient location
the location was convenient for access to transport. the kitchen facilities were definitely a plus, everything i needed was there. the cleanliness was very obvious throughout the hotel. i found the staff member pablo to be both very nice and polite.
It's first come, first served. this caused some initial stress when i arrived and found no space available. it would be great if this was made clearer beforehand.

the hotel is very close to public transport. heathrow airport is also easily accessible, a very welcome advantage. there is a pub restaurant nearby that is easily within walking distance.

The standard double room i stayed in was very clean and fresh. It had all the facilities i needed. the bathroom and kitchen areas are modern. the room was also nice and warm, perfect for the chilly weather.

stained sofa smelly bathroom
I found the check-in process confusing. There were too many emails asking for information I already provided, like ID copies. It was not good. The sofa in the shared area was ripped and stained, off-putting. one of the bathrooms had a bad smell.

A Mixed Stay
complicated check-in thin walls
The room was clean, so that was acceptable.
The check-in process felt unnecessarily complicated. I had to submit extra information. The noise was also quite disruptive at night, it really bothered me. The walls seemed thin, so I heard a lot of noise from other rooms.

clean bedding warm bathroom
the room was very clean throughout and the bed was comfortable with clean bedding. the bathroom had lovely furnishings and was toasty and warm. i liked how close it was to the airport.
there were too many emails sent asking for information i had already provided. the check-in instructions were split up and confusing.
